Future City location

G.O.Ms.No.69, dated 12 March 2025, lists Dasarlapally in the notified Future City area. The project location is supplied as 2FCH+G5, Dasarlapally. The location statement combines that project pin with the village notification; it is not a survey-number boundary certificate.

FCDA headquarters — Existing

The Telangana government reports inauguration of the headquarters on 10 June 2026.

AWS data centre — Under Development

The state government reports a groundbreaking ceremony at Bharat Future City on 15 July 2026. Exact distance from Greenfields is not verified.

TCS–HyperVault — Proposed / Announced

TCS announced on 5 September 2026 that HyperVault secured 264 acres for an AI data-centre campus of up to 1 GW, with phased development. This is not evidence of an operating campus.

Young India Skills University — Permanent campus under development

The university identifies a permanent campus under construction in Kandukur Mandal and an existing transit campus. The website distinguishes the campus development from the operating institution.

Greenfield Radial Road-1 — Under Development

A foundation-stone ceremony at Meerkhanpet is documented in September 2025. This website does not imply the entire road is open.

Green Pharma City — Proposed / Policy initiative

State announcements describe Green Pharma City development as part of the life-sciences strategy. The website does not state that it is a completed operating industrial city.

Distances, imagery and plot information

Use the linked live map route for airport distance. Earlier approximate distances and the brochure’s airport travel-time statement have not been independently route-verified and are not repeated as website promises.

Villa 29 images are architectural visualizations. Amenity artwork is conceptual brochure imagery. Plantation age and varieties are project-team statements. The brochure plan is the approved visual layout; the rejected KMR-4 drawing is not used.

The brochure shows plots numbered through 65, with the area between plots 28 and 31 landscaped. No separate selectable plots 29 or 30 have been invented. MY FARM confirmed on 22 September 2026 that the Google Sheet plot sizes are correct for the brochure plan. Areas in square yards and guntas are matched by plot number and displayed with live availability.
